WELCOME TO THE SPORTSMAN'S WAREHOUSE COUNTRY JAM USA CAMPGROUND


GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO
June 24th-27th, 2010

Please review the following materials prior to your arrival at the festival.


You will be able to print your camping tickets at home.

You MUST bring your printed ticket to camping to check in.
The Camp Office will issue your camping stickers when you arrive at check in. 

Everyone in your vehicle must also have a 4-day ticket to check in.


The campground opens at 8:00 am on Wednesday, June 23, 2010.
No early admittance will be allowed.


Camp Office Hours: Wednesday 8:00 a.m.- midnight

Thurs-Saturday 7:00 a.m- midnight

You must wait until the office is open to check-in to the Camp Grounds!


  CAMPING
•        ALL PERSONS entering the campgrounds must have a campground access pass and a four-day festival admission
          ticket to Country Jam USA®. If caught in the campgrounds without a camp access wristband and a four-day
          wristband, you will be immediately escorted off the grounds without a refund.

•        The quiet campsite area will be enforced against loud noises, rowdiness, etc. If you expect to have large gatherings or
         outside music, please reserve your campsites in our standard camping area.
•        No recreational motorized vehicles (ATV’s, etc.)are allowed on Country Jam USA® grounds. Violators will be removed.
•        Only one driving unit and one sleeping unit are allowed per site (average site size = 20x30) If your camp gear takes up
         more than the allotted space, you will be  required to move and purchase an additional site. A limited number of
          long sites are also available for units in excess of 30’. 
•        If your camping unit has an awning attached, it must fit within the confines of your campsite.
•        NO GLASS CONTAINERS (THIS INCLUDES LIQUOR BOTTLES)
•        Bags and dumpsters are provided for garbage removal. Please keep your site clean.
•        All camping units must be removed by 12:00 noon on Monday, June 28, 2010.
•        All camping is classified as primitive. Drinking water, porta potties, and garbage disposal are provided.
•        Please no use of external speakers.
•        No furniture or refrigerators will be allowed in the campgrounds.
•        No fireworks
•        No weapons of any kind are permitted in any area. 
•        One driving unit is allowed per site. Additional vehicles will be charged a $40 parking fee for the weekend and will be 
           required to park in a separate overflow parking area.

•        All vehicles entering the campground MUST have a vehicle parking pass, it should be hung from your vehicle’s
          rearview mirror facing out.
•        The camping sticker should be placed on your sleeping unit so it is in plain view, facing out towards the aisle.


SECURITY

•        Security is provided by Mesa County Sheriff’s Department and Country Jam.

•        DRINKING BY MINORS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!

•        Twenty-four hour security will be provided in all camping areas. Protect your belongings by securing your camping site.

•        Country Jam USA® is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

•        Driving to and from campsites only – no cruising will be tolerated! NO DRIVING ON CENTER WALKWAY.

•        Law enforcement officials are empowered to make arrests and evict campers and festival goers from the site without
         refund for any action that is in violation of law or actions that could jeopardize enjoyment of the event by others.

EMERGENCIES

•        In the event of severe weather, a warning will be issued by patrol cars. Please follow instructions given.

•        If you need to be notified for an emergency, your family must contact the Mesa Country Sheriff’s Department.

•        Listen to MOOSE 100.7 FM for weather related announcements.

HANDICAPPED FACILITIES

•        All campers must be able to get to and from the concert area from the campgrounds. 

•        Campers needing assistance may drive their vehicle from the campgrounds to handicap parking outside the east gate.
         You must have a handicap sticker in order to park in this location.  Please ask for a four-day parking pass at camping
         check-in

SHOWER FACILITIES & CONVENIENCE STORE

•         The Convenience Store and showers are located on the far west side of the campground.

•         Convenience Store Hours: Wednesday 2:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday–Sunday 6:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.

WATER AND ICE

•        Ice can be purchased at the campground store.

•        Water will be available near the store to fill individual containers.

•        Water is for drinking purposes only – please do not use it for squirt guns, etc.

•        For a fee, arrangements can be made with the campground office to have the water filled in your unit.

SEPTIC SERVICE

•        For a fee, arrangements can be made with the campground office for a private septic service to pump out your unit.

CURFEW

•         Curfew is 1:00 am. At the curfew time all music must be turned off and large gatherings (parties) must disperse. If a
          crowd develops at a campsite and does not disperse at the curfew time, an eviction order will be issued for that
          campsite and any others involved without refund to the holder. Each camper is expected to keep large parties from
          developing at their sites or risk being asked to leave the festival without refund.

•         All generators must also be shut off at curfew.

PETS

•         Pets are not allowed in the Country Jam USA® concert area, festival grounds, parking lots or campgrounds. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

•        There will be no refunds permitted. 

•        Country Jam, Inc. will not be responsible for lost or stolen items nor damage to person or property.

•        Four-day passes and wristbands are valid for one person only and are non transferable.

•        Please protect your wristband; you will not receive a replacement band if lost, stolen, or tampered with.

•        If you are a four day ticket holder, you will receive one armband for the entire festival. DO NOT REMOVE the armband
            unless you are not returning to the festival or campgrounds for the remainder of the weekend.
 

CAMPFIRES

•        No campfires or open flames will be allowed. 

•        Grilling will be decided at the time of the festival and will be determined by the Lower Valley Fire Dept. in accordance with
          local fire bans that may be in place.

NO VIDEO EQUIPMENT ALLOWED ON FESTIVAL GROUNDS
